The Tallapoosa Circuit Mental Health Court is for justice-involved, adult individuals who have mental health challenges and substance abuse issues/co-occuring disorders, along with high risk and high need factors. Our team is comprised of a Judge, Coordinator, Case Manager, Treatment Providers, Community Supervision Officer, Prosecutor, Defense Counsel, Victim/Witness Advocate, and members from Law Enforcement agencies.

We want you to know that we are sincerely appreciative to walk with you along your journey to recovery, and we applaud your decision to enter our program! The intial steps on your path with the Mental Health Court begin with your committments to SHOW UP and BE HONEST! Let's face it, being honest is about accepting accountability, and we are an ACCOUNTABILITY court. Before you get overwhelmed (and at some point, you will), remember, the Team members are here to support you - you just have to reach out!
